- Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (Between 11am to 1:30pm)
- Choose your own meal plan — order once a month or every day of the week

- Price: $8.95 per meal (full price)
– Comes with dessert - Delivered chilled or hot (by request)
- Minimum first order: 5 meals ($44.75 at full price)

- Each meal includes: Protein, Starch, Vegetable, and a Dessert
- Add on: $3 Breakfast Bag
– Includes dairy, grain, and 2 servings of fruit or vegetables in every bag!
– Must be ordered with a meal - Dietary options: Diabetic (D), Gentle (G), No Added Salt (NAS)
- Texture modification: Minced or Regular (Pureed only available with frozen meals)

🥄 Diet & Texture Options:
We offer a variety of diet types to meet individual health needs:
- Regular (R): Standard meals with no dietary restrictions.
- Diabetic (D): Designed to support blood sugar management.
- Gentle (G): For sensitive stomachs—avoids tomato sauces, spicy foods, and gas-producing vegetables.
- No Added Salt (NAS): Lower in sodium—suitable for clients managing blood pressure.
- Minced (M): Soft texture for those with chewing or swallowing difficulties.

💚 Not Home Process 💚
Meals on Wheels London provides social check ins and wellness checks with every single delivery.
If the client is not home at the time of delivery, we will call and let them know we are at the door.
In the event that the client does not answer, our volunteers will bring the frozen meal package back to our office and we will call the client’s emergency contact to check in on the client. If we do not get ahold of either the client or their contact by 2pm, we will call emergency services to perform a wellness check in order to ensure our clients are safe.
Once clients are located and are safe, we will reschedule the meals to be delivered another day.
