Wheels for Wellness is Meals on Wheels London’s non-emergency medical transportation program for seniors and adults with disabilities in London, Ontario. To start booking rides, complete the short form below or call 519-660-1430. An intake coordinator will call you to finish registration
Some Key Changes to MOWL Transportation Services
- Rides are between 8:30am to 4:00pm.
- If you are feeling unwell, please call the office as soon as possible to let us know.
- Masks are recommended but not mandatory. If you would like us to find a driver that is able to mask please let us know when you book your ride.
- Clients can wear their own mask or one can be provided by the driver and added to the client’s bill for $1.00.
Exclusions: No transportation for children or pets, individuals following day surgery or any procedure that requires general anesthetic or sedatives, or a person(s) who require wheelchairs, scooters or heavy walkers.”
What Happens After You Submit?
- An intake coordinator from London Middlesex Community Support Services will call to complete your registration — they confirm eligibility, explain booking, and can connect you to other community health supports at the same time
- Once registered, call 519-660-1430 and press 2 for transportation whenever you need to book a ride
- Give as much advance notice as possible — the more notice, the better our chance of securing a volunteer driver

Wheels for Wellness is available to:
- Adults 55+ living in the City of London, Ontario
- Adults 18+ with a disability living in the City of London, Ontario
- Anyone who can board a vehicle without wheelchair or scooter assistance

A Few Things to Know Before Your First Ride
- Rides run Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm (appointments must wrap up by 4:00 pm)
- Rides are confirmed once a volunteer driver is secured — not guaranteed at booking
- You’ll receive a confirmation call with driver details and pickup time
- If you need to cancel, call us as soon as possible so we can free up the driver
Wheels for Wellness does not provide transportation following day surgery or procedures requiring general anesthetic or sedatives. No children, pets, wheelchairs, or scooters.
