If you are a returning client, please choose between our Fresh Meal Delivery service or Frozen Meal Delivery service. Get Your Fresh & Frozen Meal Delivered To You. You can order fresh meals online if you are a registered client. Please give us a call or e-mail us at [email protected] if you have any problems with this process.
New Client
Please note that our registrations are conducted by a third party called London Middlesex Community Support Services. This group conducts our registrations in order to help those registering for service who may be interested in other services in their health care plan. Questions? , Contact us!

Meal Service Information
When it comes to Meals on Wheels London meal services, we have two options for you to consider based on your preference. Choose our Fresh Meal Delivery made by Youth Opportunities Unlimited Youth and Red Seal Chef or choose our Frozen Meal Delivery with over 70 selections that adhere to 7 different diets or choose both.
Fresh meals are delivered Mon-Fri, 11:00am-1:30pm. Weekend meals are delivered chilled on Friday. Frozen meal delivery is on Thursday mornings.
Meals on Wheels London provides a healthy food delivery service for adults with disabilities and seniors (55+) in need of nutritional support by assisting those who need short-term (caregiver relief, recuperation, seasonal) or long-term assistance. No long-term contract is necessary. The minimum order on registration is either five fresh meals or one package of seven frozen meals.”
