More than 120,000 meals reach local residents each year, carried by 200+ volunteers. Every delivery also includes a wellness check.

What Meal Delivery Options Are Available?

You have two options — and you can choose one or both.

Fresh Daily Meals

Hot, freshly made meals delivered Monday through Friday, 11:00 am – 1:30 pm. Weekend meals delivered chilled on Friday. Prepared by Youth Opportunities Unlimited youth alongside a Red Seal Chef.

Frozen Meal Bundles

A weekly selection from 70+ frozen meal options delivered Thursday mornings. Covers seven dietary profiles: low-sodium, pureed, diabetic-friendly, halal-certified, and more. Great for flexibility — stock your freezer and eat on your own schedule.

Who Is Meal Delivery For?

Meals on Wheels London serves adults 18 and older with disabilities, and seniors 55 and older, living in London, Ontario and the surrounding Middlesex County region.

You don’t need to be housebound. Many clients can get around but find cooking difficult — due to illness, recovery, or living alone. Short-term and long-term clients are both welcome. No long-term contract is required.

If you’re mainly looking for occasional meal pickup, the Cash & Carry / Last Minute Meals option doesn’t require registration and may be a better fit.

What Does Meal Delivery Cost?

Fresh meals are $8.95 per meal. Frozen bundles start at $46. Income-based subsidies are available — new rates took effect January 1, 2026. No long-term contract. No registration fee.

Meals on Wheels London is a United Way-funded nonprofit supported by 200+ volunteers who contribute more than $500,000 in donated time each year. Keeping meals affordable for London-area seniors is central to everything the organization does.

Yes — and many clients do. Fresh meals arrive daily Monday through Friday (plus chilled weekend meals on Friday). Frozen bundles arrive Thursday mornings. Choose one or both when you register.
